Diana will mimic whatever tone you chose, allowing her to craft collection letters that hit just the right note, every time.
Diana has six tones and you instruct her regarding what you think will get the debtor to pay up (Diana can’t figure that out, yet!) Here are Diana’s tones:
Nice: "Let's settle this amicably, friend. We value our relationship and believe in second chances. Let's resolve this and move forward together."
Disappointed: "We understand life's ups and downs. Clear this debt, and we can continue our fruitful partnership. We're rooting for you!"
Tacit: "We'd hate to spill the beans about late payments. Clear this debt, and we can keep our good vibes intact. Let's not let money come between us."
Now, for the more... shall we say, 'assertive' tones. Remember, these are best saved for those 'special' occasions when you're ready to part ways.
Aggressive: "Pay up, or we'll be forced to share your payment habits. We might not work together again, but at least the world won’t know you tried to stiff me."
Nuclear: "We're done. Pay up, and maybe you'll find someone else willing to take a chance on you. We, however, are not working together ever again."
End-of-Everything: "You're lucky we're using Indepayment.ai and not a baseball bat. Pay up, or we'll see you in court. It's been... interesting."
Remember, while it's fun to imagine Diana sending a 'Nuclear' or 'End-of-Everything' letter, but these tones are like hot sauce - a little goes a long way. Unless you're ready to burn bridges (and possibly a few taste buds), stick with the milder options. After all, Diana’s goal is to get you paid, not to start World War III. So, choose your tone wisely, and let's turn those debts into dollars!
